Terms & Conditions

1. Genz_Croches is not registered under GST. No GST is charged on this invoice, and this document is a Bill of Supply, not a Tax Invoice.
2. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
3. Every item is handmade to order. Please allow a few days for crafting in addition to shipping time, especially around festive periods.
4. Custom orders are welcomed for most products; deity wear (poshak/mukut) sets are offered as shown and not available as custom orders.
5. Since each piece is handmade, minor variations in colour, size, or design from the photos shown are normal and not considered defects.
6. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective - please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
7. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

9. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra.
